We are seeking an experienced General Manager for our client rsquo;s city centre venue in Glasgow. The venue includes a busy bar, beer garden, restaurant and event space. A deep understanding of food and beverages is essential, coupled with comprehensive expertise in front and back-of-house operations encompassing staff recruitment and development, inventory management, and food safety protocols. The candidate should be proficient in budget management, payroll administration, and revenue forecasting, showcasing critical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities. Additionally, a strong customer service orientation with keen attention to detail, exceptional leadership skills to motivate teams and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are required attributes for this role.
