The ideal candidate will have a high-level knowledge and use of to Office 365, including Microsoft Teams, high level Excel skills and telephony systems, advanced Macro Visual Basic programming abilities. This experience can be gained through the possession of a professional qualification in accordance with the position held, a relevant degree, or management qualification whilst demonstrating two years of experience. The Role: Assist the Management Team in developing and delivering timely, accurate and meaningful management reports using our ICT software Assist in the development and keep up to date the Company #39;s ICT policies including risk strategy and implement any associated staff training requirements Fault find across network, printer, desktop laptops, and associated infrastructure Monitor the network: keeping hardware fault-free, maintaining supplies and resolving issues in a timely manner. Office-based, Monday to Friday.The Person: Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience of various software programmes, including but not limited to Office 365, including Microsoft Teams, high level Excel skills and telephony systems Exposure to SQL, VB, C#, Cloud Platforms or Database Services A Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels, developing sustainable internal external relationships providing excellent customer service The individual will drive improvements in the quality of SQL databases.
