We are working with a brilliant SEN Secondary school who are looking for people who are passionate about inspiring and empowering students aged 11-19 with Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties. For this SEN Behaviour Support Assistant role, you will be: Supporting students with ASD and MLD on either a 1:1 or small group basis. Providing support to the class teacher and rest of team. Ensuring a safe and inspiring learning environment. Applying different approaches to cater for various learning abilities and challenging behaviours. Positively interacting with co-workers. You #39;d be working 5 days a week, long-term, from 8.30am to 3.45pm in an ambitious school who prioritise the wellbeing of their students and staff! Easily accessible for anyone within 10 miles of the school based in Croydon as there is parking on surrounding roads of the school and bus and train stops nearby.
