Full-Time Teaching Assistant ndash; SEND Primary School on the outskirts of Lincoln ndash; LN2 Full-Time, Long-Term From GBP80 Per Day Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Key Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one support to a child with SEND needs and challenging behaviour. - Assist in implementing tailored learning plans and strategies. - Create a safe and inclusive learning environment. - Collaborate with the class teacher and SENDCo to meet the child #39;s educational and emotional needs. - Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers. Requirements: - Previous experience working in a school, nursery or Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting is advantageous. - Understanding of SEND and strategies to support children with diverse needs. - Patient, empathetic, and able to remain calm in challenging situations. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - A commitment to long-term employment and making a positive impact on the child #39;s development.
