Role and Responsibilities for Graduate Structural Engineer: Developing outline designs for structural schemes based on client requirements. Conduct detailed design calculations using the latest 3D design software and Eurocodes. Assist in the production of detailed design drawings and specifications for tenders. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress. Undertake structural surveys of buildings and provide expert advice on potential issues. Analyse and report structural defects in buildings and structures. Review outgoing and incoming documents, such as Contractor #39;s proposal documentation. Ideal Candidate: A degree in structural or civil engineering A solid understanding of Eurocodes/regulatory requirements Familiarity with UK building materials, methods, and structural behaviour Strong report writing and communication skills. Experience using AutoCAD or Revit at the drawing/design level Familiarity with analysis and design software e.g., TEKLA, SCIA, Master series, and TEDDS. Strong desire to grow, develop and learn!
