Head of service performance and business support

Head of Service - Performance and Business Support 3 Month Contract Based in Hereford GBP500 per day inside IR35 The role * We are looking for an interim Head of Service, Performance and Business Support to further develop and embed our approach to performance across Children and Young People rsquo;s Services. * You will be an experienced leader who will play a critical role in leading the performance framework for Children and Young People rsquo;s Services and the Safeguarding Children rsquo;s Partnership. * You will be well versed in understanding performance, data and intelligence and using this to improve outcomes for vulnerable children and young people. * You will be an experienced collaborator who can effectively work with colleagues to implement a culture of performance management at all levels contributing to strategic and resource planning for the future. * As Head of Service you will have a lead role within the Senior Management Team on inspection readiness, turning performance into insight and developing our Self Evaluation process. Experience needed * Knowledge and experience of inspection frameworks for Children and Young People rsquo;s services, national indicators and data sets is an essential requirement of the role as is knowledge and experience of outcome based accountability or similar methodologies and the implementation in practice.
