Inside sales executive

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Executive for our client based in Bracknell. Role: Inside Sales Executive Location: Bracknell Salary: GBP28k-GBP30k + commission The Role: To sell the brand, products and services primarily through the phone, understanding the customer #39;s needs and offering the best solution for their requirements To provide and ensure a premium customer experience and journey To collaborate with the Retail Field Sales teams to ensure the best possible experience for each customer #39;s needs Deliver a premium level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and offering the right solution to reach their goals Manage inbound calls whilst creating proactive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities for either direct or indirect sales Schedule visits with your retail and field sales colleagues where the customers needs are best placed within these areas Keep up-to-date as a product and solutions expert, being a credible Ambassador Maximise outbound call campaigns Manage and maintain ongoing opportunities to ensure the correct support for each order whilst keeping the wider business informed Collect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departments Manage and profile the CRM Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus) Oversee the process from order to installation and payment to ensure sound execution of the sale Provide customers with CAD visuals of their spaces and solutions (full training provided) Achieve and over-achieve inside sales targets The ideal candidate: Knowledge of the steps within the sales process - previous sales experience is desirable Resilient prospector/lead generator CRM and pipeline management Exceptional customer relations Communication and presentation skills Integrity Hunger and drive Passion and optimism Team player and collaborative Independent and organised Curious problem solver Results driven, Refuse to Lose mentality Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
