Responsibilities: * Manage a caseload of contentious probate matters from inception to resolution. * Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on inheritance disputes, contested wills, and estate administration issues. * Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. * Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. * Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients. * Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals, such as barristers and experts, to strengthen case arguments. * Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress and address their concerns. * Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards in all aspects of case management.
