Job Description: As an M E Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution and delivery. Responsibilities include: * Responsible for all Mechanical aspects of projects. * Overseeing electrical installations. * Overseeing projects up to GBP1 - GBP4 million which generally consists of a Site Supervisor/Manager and subcontract labour. * Commercial projects up to the value of GBP3m (M E) - Offices, Healthcare, Education etc. * Lead project teams to ensure technical precision in deliverables * Conduct technical reviews * Demonstrate sound commercial acumen * Manage procurement of subcontractors and materials * Continuously monitor project schedules, costs, and quality * Provide progress reports to senior management * Prepare site-specific Health Safety Documentation * Identify and address health safety requirements * Facilitate project handovers and closures The ideal candidate: * Proven experience delivering commercial mechanical projects worth over GBP2.5 Million. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to act as the primary point of contact for clients. * Holds a valid SMSTS / CSCS Black card Benefits: * Competitive salary (DOE) * 30 days annual leave ndash; including bank holidays * Pension contributions * Company vehicle / car allowance * Career progression opportunities Process: * Apply for the job. * We will then call you to discuss the role. * If we think you would be a good fit and you rsquo;re happy, we will submit you to be considered for the role. * If the client likes the sound of you, they will invite you for an interview. * If successful in the interview process, you will be offered the job
