Job Title: SEN Support Worker Location: Shrewsbury Position Overview: As a SEN Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to children with SEN or ASD. Qualifications: -Minimum of Level 2 qualification in Care or a related field. -Previous experience working with children with SEN or ASD is essential. -Understanding of SEN and ASD, including common challenges and effective support strategies. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and colleagues. -Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children with SEN or ASD. -Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required. -Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of children and the environment.
