Part time Team Administrator The Company Our well-established client, a professional services firm in the Clifton area of Bristol has an opening for a Part time Team Administrator to join the team. This is an excellent, varied role which will suit a well organised, professional and enthusiastic candidate. The role will include front of house, and you will also be working alongside another member of the administration team. A generous salary of circa GBP28,000 per annum (pro rata) per annum is on offer. GBP14.35 per hour. The working hours are Tuesday and Friday 09.00 am - 5.30 pm - with some flexibility on these days, but ideally to include a Friday. Based in lovely offices, with a friendly, sociable, long-standing team, other benefits include company pension (client contributes 4%), 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (pro rata) - increases with length of service. You will also receive free parking. The role Reception duties to include meeting and greeting, being the first point of contact for telephones, transferring calls and ensuring messages are passed on Providing digital dictation and copy typing support for members of the team - this will mainly be digital dictation Dealing with the post, franking the post Filing and archiving documents Assisting with putting large mail outs together several times per year Other administration duties as required The Person Previous administration experience Experience of digital dictation and copy typing is desirable (digital dictation not essential as long as you have fast and accurate typing speeds).
