Project manager

Our client is a building contractor based in Dublin, specializing in a wide range of construction projects including residential, commercial, and industrial developments. They #39;re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively manage resources and budgets. Responsibilties: * Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. * Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. * Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify any potential issues or risks. * Provide regular progress reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior management. * Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: * Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. * Background in Civil Engineering is preferable, not essential. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. * Eligibility to work in Ireland.
