Quality Manager duties include - Liaise with Production to ensure that QSHE is considered during the initial development stages. Ensure that customer concerns are investigated correctly preventive actions are put in place. Manage the Quality area, organising KPI #39;s and training plans when required. Assist with product and process continuous improvements, documenting any changes. Maintain the QMS #39;s and ensure that these are aligned to customer and company requirements. Manage internal and external audits, ensuring that the business is always legally compliant. Implement periodic gap analysis and identify hazards and opportunities for enhancing quality, health, safety, environmental, and compliance standards.Quality Manager desirable skills and experience - Experience working within a similar role (Senior Quality Engineer etc). Sector experience - Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial, or Yellow Goods. Ability to use the relevant core tools and help to drive continuous improvement.
