Job description:

We are looking for ambitious and motivated Document Administrators to join an energetic team that supports financial customers. You will be supporting administration activities and print and mail regarding customer financial products. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working shifts across Monday-Friday, between the hours of 08:00-18:00. You will need to be available to join the project from May 22nd on an initial 4-week contract. You will be working from the client rsquo;s office in Lancing for this role. Hands on training will be provided for the first week so you can settle into the role. The role is short term back-office administration role, and you will have realistic key performance indicators to meet on your work. The successful Administrator will benefit from a retainer of GBP45 for each day worked on the project and you will receive the retainer lump sum on the completion of the project. What you rsquo;ll be doing as a Document Administrator: Receiving inbound mailers and documentation Reviewing paperwork, mailers and documents and sorting them accordingly. Recording customer details on the client system. Completing day to day administration. Adhering to the client rsquo;s regulatory guidelines and training.
