Role of a Support Worker Are you a passionate support worker wanting to make a difference in the lives of children young adults with complex needs? We are currently looking for driven staff to join one of our clients in High Wycombe providing support and services to those in need. Duties: * Providing support and intervention to Children support children and young people with learning disabilities aged 11 to 19 who have complex behavioural needs. * Working closely with colleague rsquo;s support packages that meet the needs of service users. * Joining in daily activities * A flexible and adaptable approach to work to be able work independently and as a team.
