Your responsibilities will include conducting midterm inspections, managing notices, addressing deposit dilapidations, and promptly resolving maintenance issues. Skills Experience * Minimum 4 years #39; experience in Property Management. * ARLA qualifiied OR willing to pursue qualification with company support. * Full UK driving license for at least 1 year. * Experience in conducting property inspections. * Proficiency in managing notices and addressing deposit processes. * Ability to promptly assist in resolving maintenance issues. * Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with a dynamic team. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development * Customer service-oriented with a keen eye for procedures. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Eagerness to learn Property Management Legislation. Hours of Work * Monday to Friday * Either from 9:00am - 5:30pm OR 9:30am - 6:00pm.
