About the Role As an HVAC Maintenance Engineer, you #39;ll play a vital role in maintaining and monitoring energy systems across our client #39;s Energy Company sites in East London. You #39;ll work closely with the Operations Manager, supervising subcontractors and ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems within commercial and domestic properties. Key Responsibilities * Undertake prescribed maintenance and monitoring tasks as directed by the Operations Manager. * Supervise subcontractors, including site inductions and works supervision. * Identify and diagnose faults, carrying out repairs, adjustments, and other maintenance works. * Monitor plant performance and record data using supplied platforms. * Comply with health safety policies and procedures, reporting hazards promptly. Technical Requirements * Full-time apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical Building Services HVAC discipline, with City Guilds or NVQ Level 3. * Previous experience with District Energy systems desirable. * Computer literate with familiarity with relevant platforms. * Ability to process and understand technical data and relay information logically.
