As an EYFS teacher, you rsquo;ll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of young learners aged 3 to 5 years old, laying a solid foundation for their future academic success. Roles and Responsibilities: bull; Design and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities in accordance with the EYFS framework. bull; Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. bull; Conduct ongoing assessments to track progress and identify individual learning needs, providing tailored support and interventions as required. bull; Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of every child. bull; Build positive relationships with children, promoting independence, resilience, and a love for learning. bull; Maintain meticulous records and documentation in adherence to school policies and statutory obligations. Qualities Needed: bull; Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with specialized expertise in Early Years education. bull; Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and its practical application. bull; Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering connections with children, parents, and peers. bull; Exhibit creativity, adaptability, and a dedication to innovative teaching and learning methodologies. bull; Show a commitment to advancing equality, diversity, and inclusion within the classroom and wider community. bull; Display resilience, patience, and a compassionate approach to addressing the unique needs of each child.
