The ideal candidate will be confident, professional, ambitious, and resilient, with a desirable background in sales. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant: Proactively sourcing candidates - you #39;ll build relationships and a create a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings. Guiding candidates through the recruitment process - you #39;ll assist candidates during interviews and ensure a smooth experience. Staying informed about industry trends - providing market insights and managing expectations. Generating new business - chasing leads, cold calling, conducting research and meeting new clients. Introducing candidates to clients - you #39;ll represent candidates, schedule interviews, and offer relevant feedback. Ensuring a seamless recruitment process - your goal is successful placements for both clients and candidates. What can you expect joining Reperio? A competitive basic salary (ranges from GBP24,000-GBP30,000, depending on experience) and uncapped commission, which is paid to you monthly.
