Construction operations manager

Damcior are actively recruiting for a Construction Operations Manager to start work at Heathrow Airport. The Operations manager will work as part of the Operations Management Team and provide a range of innovative and responsive solutions to our customers needs on prestigious construction and logistics projects. These managers oversee, direct, and take full responsibility for the leadership and management of a dedicated team of staff, and portfolio of projects. Key Responsibilities bull; Management of all Construction logistics operations bull; Management of site managers bull; Daily engagement with clients to ensure standards and expectations are being met. bull; Production and review of documentation, including but not limited to Risk and Method Statements, Quality Plans, standard operating procedures. bull; Delivering safe projects with clients KPIs being exceeded at all times. bull; Management of project commercials, including but not limited to, reviewing AFP with commercial prior to submittal, raising of QCEs and EWNs, maximising margins, managing project budgets with the support of the contract manager. bull; Supporting commercial with tender returns. bull; Overseeing our site resource, with an emphasis on developing the teams and identifying training requirements and areas for improvement. bull; Business development ndash; A positive and strong representation of the company with the emphasis on winning more contracts and growing the department. bull; Attend and contribute to Customer and internal meetings The following are essential for the purpose of applicants attaining security clearance: bull; Valid passport or photo driving license with counterpart as proof of identification bull; Verifiable five year work history to include employment, unemployment, self employment, and scholastic periods bull; Must not have an unspent criminal record that is deemed to restrict your employment within an airport.
