Domain architect

Company Overview: SPG have been approached by a leading financial services organisation, to hire them a Solutions Architect to work within the Customer Channels Domain. This domain is responsible for all customer facing channels such as: Mobile App, Website etc as well as the customer engagement telephony solutions. About this role: Working within the Customer Channels Domain, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing technology solutions to help the business achieve it #39;s strategic goals. Collaborating closely with Technical Product Owners, Business Leads, and other Architects, you will design fit-for-purpose technical solutions aligned with the technology strategy and enterprise architecture standards. Responsibilities: * Design solutions adhering to Technology Assurance standards, emphasizing security and reliability. * Develop balanced and pragmatic designs that cater to future business needs while maintaining current products. * Lead architecture within the Customer Channels Domain, covering customer-facing channels, test, and robotics automation. * Enable Omni Channel capabilities, focusing on integration patterns and API approaches. * Collaborate with business owners to gather functional and non-functional technical requirements. * Engage with managed service providers and SaaS solutions. * Contribute to budget planning and financial management processes. Key Skills: * Knowledge of microservice architecture based in Azure. * Knowledge of API approach and integrations patterns and how to implement them. * Experience of working with both in house and third-party suppliers to deliver solutions.
