Junior Architectural Technician Job in Sevenoaks, Kent Currently seeking candidates for a Junior Architectural Technician Job at our client #39;s employee-owned firm in Sevenoaks. This role presents a unique chance to join a multidisciplinary team, contributing to various projects including residential, healthcare, education, commercial, leisure, and more. Operating from two offices with over twenty staff members, this employee-owned multidisciplinary practice offers architectural, building surveying, and project management services. Their projects range from large and small residential developments to healthcare initiatives. With their continued success, they #39;re now hiring a Junior Architectural Technician to join their team. Role Responsibilities Working directly under senior job runners Preparing planning drawings Work on the production of high-quality technical drawing packages Use AutoCAD on a daily basis.Required Skills Experience Possess a minimum of 1 years of practice experience Skilled in the use of AutoCAD Current knowledge of UK regulations Experience in UK-based residential, commercial, or healthcare projects highly beneficial.What you get back GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 International team trips Flexible working around core hours 10.00- 4.00pm Onsite Parking available Training.Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
