Year 1 class teacher

A lovely 2-form entry primary school in Windsor Maidenhead are looking to appoint a Year 1 Class Teacher from September 2024. This school is undergoing great improvements and has a real focus on reading and literacy from Reception through to Y6. It has a real community feel and you will be well supported in your role here. ECT #39;s are welcome to apply and, if successful, you can start in July 2024 and be paid across the Summer Holidays! Key Responsibilities: * Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum for primary education. * Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning. * Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing appropriate interventions as needed. * Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance teaching strategies, resources, and educational programs. * Establish strong communication and relationships with parents, providing regular updates on students #39; progress and addressing any concerns.
