Maintain accurate records and assessments to track student achievement and inform instructional practices.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent SEN teaching qualification. Experience working with SEMH or challenging behaviour within a primary setting. Strong behaviour management skills and a compassionate approach to supporting students #39; social and emotional needs. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
