The care home boasts a highly qualified care team specialising in care for older people, including those living with dementia. This is a permanent role, offering a competitive pay rate, with paid breaks included. Role Responsibilities: * Effectively leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care * Administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company #39;s and NMC guidelines * Maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident has an individualised Care Plan * Providing compassionate and respectful care to residents, promoting their dignity and independence Qualifications: * Registered Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN number Skills Required: * Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in caring for older adults * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care Please note this employer can not consider candidates requiring sponsorship at this time
