Package includes competitive salary, bonus incentives and banked sales commission. Typical earnings GBP35,000 pa including commissions. They are recruiting an experienced Estate Agent Property Consultant who is motivated and hard working, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch rsquo;s Mortgage Advisor. Skills and experience required to be a successful Property Consultant: * An experienced Estate Agent Property Consultant within Sutton Coldfield area * Outstanding customer care / customer service experience. * Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented. * An excellent command of spoken and written English language skills. * IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems). * A Full UK driving licence holder and car owner.
