Site Maintenance Hygiene Operative Site Location: Isleport, Highbridge TA9 Contract: Temporary to Permanent Shift: Monday to Friday, 40 hours Basic Pay Rate: GBP12.74ph ldquo;Rolling out the green carpet for your career rdquo;. Based at their stunning site in Isleport, Highbridge, we have a Site Maintenance Hygiene Operative position available with immediate start. As a Site Maintenance Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for performing low- and high-level cleaning required within and outside the warehouse, in addition assisting the Maintenance Technicians with maintenance and repairs on the facility, equipment and property structures. As a Site Maintenance Hygiene Operative your role will include: * middot;Operate within the appropriate procedures and systems defined within the Quality Management System * middot;Ensure SHE Legal and environmental targets are met when completing work tasks. * middot;Under direction/guidance from the Logistics Maintenance Manager, maintain a high level of site cleanliness with the effective use and interaction with the site computerised Maintenance Management System, stores and spares. * middot;Complete routines and schedules as per the planned maintenance hygiene requirements. * middot;Ability to prioritise tasks across site limiting the operational impact of any equipment downtime. * middot;Deliver the highest standards of maintenance hygiene work. * middot;Complete all tasks and training as required by the business. * middot;Collaborate with other teams and co-owners to effectively manage tasks. * middot;Embrace and understand site, departmental and individual performance measures and the personal contribution to each. What are we looking for from you? Experience of maintaining high standards of Health and Safety; Experience of cleaning best practices with demonstrable capability and application of knowledge; A basic level of IT literacy including maintenance software e.g. PEMAC; Ability to communicate with people at all levels; A good standard of numeracy and literacy; COSHH awareness (desirable); IPAF qualification (desirable) Everything else?
