KS2 Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification. Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, with a sound understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. Enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to fostering a culture of curiosity, exploration, and growth in the classroom.
