(ECT #39;s welcome to apply!) Position: KS2 Primary Class Teacher Location: Southend-on-Sea Salary: GBP125 - GBP240 per day (GBP24,375 - GBP46,800), depending on experience and qualifications! Contract Type: Full-time (part time available) Start date: September (or earlier if available) Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery: As a KS2 Class Teacher you will plan and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum, fostering a love for learning among students. Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged appropriately. Classroom Management: As a KS2 Class Teacher you will create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to achieve their best. Assessment and Feedback: Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies as necessary. Collaborative Planning: As a KS2 Class Teacher you will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and initiatives that enhance the overall learning experience for students. Parental Engagement: Establish open and effective communication channels with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and opportunities for parental involvement. Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS2. Thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. Creative and innovative approach to teaching, with a passion for delivering high-quality education. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive school culture.
