Cover Supervisor - Cheltenham May 2024 Are you passionate about education and seeking a fresh opportunity as a Cover Supervisor in Cheltenham? We are currently on the lookout for a highly motivated and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the positive learning environment at a secondary school in Cheltenham, starting after the May half term. Your role will involve supervising classes, supporting teachers, and ensuring student engagement and focus. Maintaining a safe and positive atmosphere for learning is a key responsibility. Key requirements for this position include a minimum of A levels. While previous experience in a secondary school setting is preferred, it is not essential as we provide comprehensive training. Effective communication skills and strong classroom management are essential qualities. We offer a supportive and collaborative working environment, along with opportunities for professional development. The pay ranges from GBP110 per day for trainees to GBP130 per day for experienced Cover Supervisors with higher qualifications. Full and part-time positions are available starting in January for the right individuals, with the standard working day from 08:30 am to 3:30 pm.
