Senior quantity surveyor

An innovative and rapidly expanding Construction Consultancy is actively looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their successful central Manchester office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role The appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of a burgeoning office which, following a successful year, is set to expand significantly. With around 10 surveyors currently, the aim is to increase to 15-20 professionals within the next year. This is a highly regarded and well-established Consultancy with 5 offices nationwide and over 250 people across their regions. The Directors leading the Manchester office are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy a project delivery role, working on projects up to GBP100m across the Education, Health, Heritage, Hotel Leisure, Industrial, Residential, Retail and Commercial Office sectors. The role comes with fantastic opportunity for progression and could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor eager to step into an Associate Director role.
