We are dedicated to providing high-quality staff for Nurseries and Schools for chldren aged 0-5 years. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Studies Graduate to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their development and growth through engaging activities and educational programs. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons for children. Provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children to learn and play. Observe and assess children #39;s progress and development, keeping accurate records and sharing them with parents and guardians. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Collaborate with other staff members to plan and execute educational programs and activities. Follow all health and safety policies and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of the children in your care. Requirements: A degree in Early Childhood Studies or a related field. Previous experience working in a childcare or nursery setting is preferred. Strong understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children. Benefits: Competitive salary.
