We are currently recruiting for Contact Centre-Customer Services Operatives to join our client rsquo;s dynamic team in Tamworth on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent placement. This position is office based and is fast paced . Key Responsibilities: The role of a Contact Centre-Customer Services Operative: * Handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly and efficiently. NO SALES * Updating and maintaining accurate customer records on CRM system and some Excel . * Identifying customer needs and resolving queries effectively. Experience Required for a Contact Centre-Customer Services Operative: * Strong customer service skills with a pleasant telephone manner. * Basic IT proficiency. * Previous contact centre ndash; customer services experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week with shifts between 8am to 6pm.
