Finance Manager Up to GBP67,000 + 10% Bonus + Competitive Benefits Hybrid 2 Days Office Based / 3 Days Home Based. Swindon I am currently working in partnership with an ambitious company In Swindon (T/O GBP500m) to recruit a Finance Manager. You will have a key role in the development and on-going maintenance of appropriate best-in-class process and controls within the Finance Team and the on-going development and maintenance of the Finance Function Manual. Reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting Control, you will lead a small tenured finance team. About the job: * Management of month end process across the team and ownership of key processes payroll, cash control culminating with the production of the month end report. * Completion of regulatory reporting advice submission * Maintain integrity accuracy of balance sheet along with preparation and review of monthly reconciliations. * Develop and maintain strong and effective processes and controls driving continuous improvement across the department. * Maintenance and ownership of the Finance Function Manual Finance Operating Procedures to ensure these are fit for purpose, complete and continuously improved. * Operational management of the Treasury function and banking systems * Oversight and support of the cash forecast model * Attendee of the Debt committee, providing updates on the provision and analysis of the movement. * Support the year end audit * Management and mentoring of team to support and encourage their development * Support Financial Reporting Controls Team along with the wider finance team on ad-hoc work including projects Benefits: * Salary ndash; up to GBP67,000 * Bonus scheme -10% * Pension scheme ndash; up to 10% employer contribution * Critical illness cover * Income protection - 1x salary * Death in service - 4x salary * 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with the opportunity to buy up to an additional 10 days * A range of other flexible benefits to include private medical insurance, dental insurance and much more.
