Use 2D and 3D drafting software to create drawings and models of products Organise, maintain and create engineering records for each product Ensure components and assemblies follow industry standards. . The successful Design Engineer will have the following skills/experience: Significant and demonstrated experience in mechanical design Extensive 2D 3D CAD experience Creo experience is a benefit although not essential FEA experience Have a high level of understanding of mechanical standards and production methods including turning, milling and grinding Be able to manage several projects simultaneously on a controlled and organised manner Excellent organisational, planning, communication and time management skills.
