Management Accountant - GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 - Guildford - ACCA/CIMA/ACA Part Qualified - Hybrid Working Benefits IN2 Consult are supporting a market-leading, innovative business based in Guildford on their search for a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent basis. This Management Accountant role includes the following duties: Management Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to management, providing insights and recommendations for improving financial performance. Month-end Close: Support the month-end close process by reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and ensuring accuracy of financial records. Performance Analysis: Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and analyzing the underlying causes. Cost Management: Analyze costs across departments and projects, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. Financial Planning: Collaborate with management to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with organizational goals. Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, assess risks, and support strategic decision-making. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate for this Management Accountant role will have the following experience: Must be AAT Level 4 Qualified Part-Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA Proven experience in providing detailed and accurate monthly management accounts Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels Strong understanding of accounting principles Proven track record in working towards tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment Management Accountant - GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 - Guildford - ACCA/CIMA/ACA Part Qualified - Hybrid Working Benefits
