Architectural technician

Conrad Consulting are presenting an excellent opportunity for a Architectural Technician to join a highly reputable Architectural practice in Surrey, working on exciting projects within the High End residential sector. As a qualified Architectural Technician you will possess a demonstrated experience working on a range of project types within the high end residential sector, be passionate towards design, be motivated, career driven and be able to work within a talented team. If you have 3 years post qualification as an Architectural Technician that has extensive knowledge of projects from stages 3 onwards, excellent technical knowledge and also possess a sound knowledge of current building regs and legislation this could be the perfect opportunity for you! At minimum the successful Architectural Technician candidate needs to possess - Relevant Technical qualification (RIBA,CIAT,degree) Demonstrable UK experience within the High end Residential sectors Strong design skills Excellent technical knowledge Experience delivering projects from RIBA stages 3 onwards.
