As Document Controller, you #39;ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and security of all documentation while adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements. You will be part of a team creating award winning schemes across London. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the organisation and maintenance of all company documents, both physical and electronic. Implement document control procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations. Coordinate with various departments to gather, review, and distribute documents as needed. Manage document revisions, updates, and approvals, maintaining version control and tracking changes. Monitor document workflows, ensuring timely processing and distribution. Provide training and support to staff on document management processes and systems. Requirements: Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of document control standards and best practices.
