You will be working on HyperMill and turning drawings into dimensions for their new state-of-the-art products. You will be joining, leading and managing a dynamic team of designers ensuring the day to day targets are being met. You will be ensuring and overseeing the safety and daily functionality of the machines to produce improved results. This company is an expanding Research and Design company looking to release multiple innovative products onto the market this year. They work with pioneering lightweight technology and high quality components to produce industry leading products. The ideal CNC Workshop Manager will have knowledge of DelCAM, PowerMill, HyperMill and AutoCAD. You will have extensive hands-on experience with CNC Machinery and 3 5 Axis. You will be able to manage a small team of designers, driving productivity and hitting KPI #39;s.
