Customer Service Advisor- Newcastle- GBP24,000pa One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Customer Service advisor to join our clients ambitious Build to Rent team in their head office in Newcastle. About the client: Our client is one of the market leaders for the Build to Rent sector and the private rented sector. They manage thousands of homes UK wide in the form of high-end residential blocks. They have improved renting standards exceptionally across the UK. Purpose of the Customer Service Advisor role: You will be the first point of contact for potential residents living in these developments and current residents already living in the development. Your core duties will consist of: bull; Being the first point of contact for all queries and provide accurate information about homes available to rent. bull; Receive as well as respond to all enquiries. bull; Ensure that you log all enquiries as and when they happen onto the CRM system. bull; Build good relationships with current customers and develop strong relationships with new customers. bull; Keep updated with any new developments that the company are launching. bull; Always provide an exceptional service to everyone both via telephone and email. I am looking for the following skillset/ experience: bull; Customer focused and with an eye for providing an exceptional service. bull; Friendly as well as engaging telephone manner. bull; A strong team player who is self-motivated and works well under pressure. bull; Strong time management as well as organisational skills. bull; Previous experience of working in a job that requires you to be on the phone a lot bull; Strong IT proficiency- experience in using outlook, word, and excel, and also able to learn new software systems quickly.
