Receptionist glasgow city centre

My client is looking for a Receptionist/ Front of House to join them on a minimum 6 week contract, with potential to be extended. This role is located in Glasgow City Centre, with an immediate start. Hours for this assignment are Monday - Friday (8am- 5pm or 9am - 6pm). The pay for this contract is GBP12 per hour. Daily duties will include: Being the main point of contact at our clients office greeting visitors on site and checking ID badges Taking inbound and outbound calls Booking meeting rooms and dealing with event hospitality, arranging lunches or catering Monitoring the inbox and email enquiries General admin adhoc supportIf you are available immediately and have experience within front of house duties, then please apply now, or contact myself on (url removed) if you think you have the suitable experience for this role.
