Senior financial analyst developer

Avanti Recruitment is currently working with a company based in London that works within the PropTech sector and is looking to expand the team and hire a Senior Financial Analyst who has coding experience with Java, and extensive experience with financial Cash Flow modelling Internal Rate of Return. The company works in a hybrid way and you will be required in the office 2 days per week (Tuesdays/Wednesdays). You will find yourself joining a small company of 15, this role will be working on financial modeling, specifically Cash Flow models, including refactoring a cash flow modeling engine that has been in the works for a few years. You will also get involved in coding across the full software development lifecycle so will be utilizing Java and SQL heavily. Must-Have requirements: - Experience with Java - Experience with SQL - Financial Analyst experience - Financial modelling experience ndash; Specifically Cash Flow Modelling and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) - Strong experience working within a Banking or Investment company - 2:1 or 1st Class Degree (Ideally in Finance / Mathematics / Computer Science) Desirable: - Experience with any relevant coding language - HTML/CSS - Springboot - JSP - React - REST - JWT The salary for this position is up to GBP80,000 (could be flexible DOE) + discretionary Bonus up to 10% + 25 days holiday + Flexible working hours
