The role My client are looking to recruit an Employment lawyer to join their Northampton team where they will have great growth potentially with possibility to make it to Junior Partner! There only requirement is that you have some experience in Employment Law and to be anything above NQ level. Responsibilities The successful candidate will undertake a diverse caseload incorporating contentious and non-contentious work for employer clients. Wilson Browne acts for a diverse client base including SMEs, OMBs and listed companies. In addition, we also act for employees. No two days are the same hellip; you could be working on anything from Settlement Agreements to providing corporate support for M A work as well as the full range of employment matters including, but not limited to: Assisting with Modern Slavery Act compliance, Playing an integral advisory role with a variety of projects (including re-structuring, changing terms and conditions of employment and large-scale redundancy exercises), Providing strategic advice in connection with Boardroom/SMT disputes, Providing ad hoc advice on operational HR matters, Assisting with data protection compliance, and Representing clients in employment tribunals. This is a role that will grow with you, and you rsquo;ll also have the opportunity to work on projects in conjunction with our Corporate Commercial, Commercial Litigation, and Commercial Property teams. (Most of our teams being recognised by Legal 500). On top of that, you rsquo;ll have first-class support from our award-winning Marketing Team, to assist with business development opportunities.
