Primary teaching assistant

Cover Supervisor Location: North Shields, Tyne Wear Pay Scale: GBP80 - GBP100 per day GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our team in North Shields, Tyne Wear. This role involves overseeing classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a smooth learning experience for students. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage classes in accordance with school policies and procedures. Deliver pre-prepared lessons and instructions left by teaching staff. Support student learning and maintain a positive classroom environment. Assist with behavior management and ensure student safety and well-being. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain discipline. Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and year groups. Previous experience working in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
