Position Overview: We are currently seeking two Registered Nurses, one for day shifts and one for night shifts, to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for residents under your care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met. Key Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents #39; health and care needs. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitoring and documenting residents #39; progress and responding to changes in their condition. Providing support and guidance to care staff. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Requirements: Registered Nurse qualification (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN. Previous experience working in a nursing/residential home setting is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
