Order processing representative with dutch

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for an Order Processing Representative with fluent/native Dutch language skills to join their team in Chester on a full time, 6-month temporary basis (35 hours per week). Key Responsibilities Taking orders from customers, often requiring a lot a product knowledge and query resolution, and enter them in SAP Overseeing backorders and returns Liaise with customers over the phone, email, chat and tickets to ensure the quality resolution of all customer requests and issues Assisting with internal and external audits Requirements Previous experience working in an order processing/customer support role particularly within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry Fluent in Dutch Strong knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPark Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
