Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. They will work closely with teaching staff to assist in implementing strategies for behaviour management and academic support. Assist in implementing strategies for behaviour management, utilising praise, sanctions, and rewards consistently and fairly. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to identify opportunities for sharing effective practices and supporting the development of students. Work as a team member to contribute to the overall development and success of the school community. Demonstrate consistently high standards of personal conduct and professionalism in line with school expectations. Requirements: Experience working with individuals with severe learning difficulties is desirable but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments for all students.
