Administrative Officer Ashton-under-lyne GBP19 per hour (umbrella) Full Time Contract ( 3 months) Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Administrative Support Officer in Islington. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours. The job: To reconcile agency timesheets To produce agency reports via our Time and Attendance system To extend agency staff placements To send out reports to managers and external staff To process invoices and refunds on behalf of the finance team The candidate: Previous experience in a similar capacity within a local authority is essential Experience or knowledge of Time and Attendance systems would be desirable Experience or knowledge of Finance systems and dealing with invoices would be desirable.
