From assisting with personal care routines to facilitating engaging activities, you will create a safe and stimulating environment where each child can thrive. Role Responsibilities: bull; Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. bull; Provide personal care assistance to children, including feeding, toileting, and dressing, with sensitivity and compassion. bull; Support children rsquo;s social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities and interactions. bull; Foster positive relationships with children and their families, promoting open communication and partnership in their education journey. bull; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, ensuring the well-being of all children at all times. Role Requirements: Hours of Work: 8:30 AM ndash; 3:30 PM, Term Time Pay: Daily Rate GBP85-GBP95 Position Type: Full Time, Long Term Ideal Candidate Profile: bull; Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children. bull; Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery or early years setting. bull; Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when supporting children with personal care needs. bull; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues. bull; Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning in the field of early childhood education.
