Hr advisor part time

A part-time HR Advisor vacancy has arisen to join a manufacturing company based in Stourport-on-Severn. An office-based role, you will be required on-site Tuesday - Friday, totalling 19 hours per week. Working in a team of two, responsible for a site of approximately 100 employees. As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for - Talent acquisition - writing job descriptions, arranging interviews and completing offers and contracts Completing exit interviews, identifying initiatives to increase employee retention Arranging performance and probationary reviews Completing disciplinaries and grievances Reviewing and updating policies and procedures Managing and monitoring annual leave and absences, including preparation of attendance information for payroll Any general HR administration tasks as requiredIdeally for this HR Advisor role, you will have - CIPD level 3 or higher Experience with talent management Proven experience of improving staff retention Good organisational skills and an eye for detail Excellent communication skillsOn offer for this part-time position - Part time hours of Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 2pm (1pm finish on Fridays) Offering a salary of GBP30-35k pro rata Health plan training schemesIf you are interested in this HR Advisor role, please Apply today.
